*These times are estimated by Royal Mail; UK delivery can take up to 2 weeks, and international delivery can take up to 8 weeks. If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please consider upgrading to Express Delivery.

Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes! You can choose the gift wrap option at the checkout, when you choose your shipping method: we’ll wrap your purchase in luxury Greek vase themed wrapping paper, and if you choose to include a gift message we’ll handwrite this onto an accompanying postcard for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free in the UK for orders over £70, and for orders over £100 in the rest of the world.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please see above for estimated delivery times.

Can I track my delivery?

Whether you chose a Standard or Express shipping service at the checkout, you will receive your tracking information with your shipping confirmation email.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

Customers living outside the UK may need to pay a customs charge, VAT charge, and/or handling fee upon receipt of or before you claim your delivery. The exact amount you may be charged varies from country to country - please contact your local customs office for more information.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you entered the wrong delivery address at the checkout, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible to let us know the correct address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been shipped.

My order hasn’t arrived!

If you are based in the UK and your order hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, or if you are based internationally and your order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, please contact natasha@platosfire.co.uk so we can assist you.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes! You can return your jewellery within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings (unless clip-ons) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, damages sometimes occur during transit. If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty, please contact us as quickly as possible with a description of what has happened and a photo of the damage.

We will repair or replace your item free of charge, provided it was purchased within the last 3 months. We will refund your returns postage up to £3.50 for UK orders, and £10.50 for international orders.

Can you repair my jewellery?

We’ll try our best! Please contact us with a description and photo of the damage, and we’ll see what we can do.

If you ordered your jewellery more than 3 months ago, we may ask you to cover the cost of returning it to you. If your jewellery is damaged due to mistreatment, we may ask for an additional payment to cover the cost of repairing it.
